Nashville Singer-songwriter Laura Bryna, celebrated for her foot-stomping Country Rock anthems like “Over Being Under You” and “Certified,” has dropped her brand-new single, “Painkiller.” Produced by the acclaimed Cambo, known for his chart-topping work with artists like Doja Cat and Walker Hayes, this latest track unveils a more vulnerable, pop-leaning side of Laura’s artistry and is available now across all streaming platforms.
In a truly rock-and-roll move to celebrate the release, the country-rock singer-songwriter made a permanent and powerful statement by getting her first tattoo. Embracing the moment wholeheartedly, Laura visited No Idols Tattoo in New York City’s vibrant Chinatown and boldly got “Painkiller” inked across her forehead. She proudly showcased her striking new centerpiece on the streets of New York City and shared the news with her aunt in social media photos and footage.

“Painkiller” arrives after a strong period for Bryna, marked by the release of the feel-good country-rock anthem “Lil’ Bit Of Jesus, Lil’ Bit Of Hank.” Last year concluded with her fierce and feisty take on Joan Jett & The Blackhearts’ “I Hate Myself for Loving You,” accompanied by a captivating music video filmed in the iconic Neon Boneyard in Las Vegas. Earlier in the year, she released her original track “Over Being Under You,” delivering a potent message of self-empowerment and resilience, following previous releases like “Certified,” “Jawbreaker,” and “Body First.”
Beyond her Country Rock persona, Laura embraces her “Miss Christmas” alter ego during the holiday season with her catchy pop single, “Wishlist.” Born on Christmas Day, Laura has always cherished the holidays, and her cheerful single, released previously, took the holiday airwaves by storm. “Wishlist” topped the Holiday Retail Radio chart, reached the top 5 on the US Holiday Radio Chart, and broke into the top 20 on the Adult Contemporary chart. Last holiday season, Laura shared the joy of “Wishlist” across the country, appearing at events like the Hollywood Christmas Parade and on television shows such as Nashville’s ‘Talk Of The Town,’ Fox 5 NY’s ‘Good Night New York,’ and CBS ‘Great Day Live.’
Laura is also deeply committed to numerous humanitarian and philanthropic causes, including Musicians On Call, Homes For Our Troops (a non-profit providing adapted homes for injured US veterans), and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
