Midtown Atlanta’s magnetic pull continues to fuel significant investment, extending beyond towering developments to refined experiential spaces. The Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel is poised to unveil its Centennial Event Space Collection this July, a meticulously crafted $5 million renovation transforming the former rooftop of the Rowdy Tiger Whiskey Bar and Kitchen into a sophisticated and adaptable venue.

This nearly 5,000-square-foot addition at 866 W. Peachtree Street aims to introduce a distinctive option for private gatherings within the city’s vibrant core. Newly released visuals illustrate a complete reimagining of the space, now available for group reservations via the hotel’s website.

Marketing materials describe the forthcoming venue as bringing “a refined standard of contemporary grace and artistic flair to private event hosting in Midtown.” The centerpiece, The Centennial Ballroom, offers a flexible layout capable of accommodating up to 418 attendees and features convenient direct access from outside.

The venue’s versatility is highlighted by its potential to host a wide spectrum of events, including corporate functions, bridal showcases, product introductions, collaborative workshops, culinary exhibitions, educational sessions, formal celebrations, weddings, bat mitzvahs, and gatherings for the entertainment sector, such as film premieres and production parties. Dedicated restrooms, a pre-event area, and exclusive in-house culinary services complete the amenities.
